We were instructed by Lidl UK GmbH to secure a new food store site within Boston.
After a carefully planned strategic exercise was undertaken where a number of opportunities were identified, it was decided that the best opportunity was on a 3.0-acre piece of land opposite the Tesco food store and adjacent to B&Q in the west of the town.
This location was at the heart of the towns main out of town retail warehousing agglomeration and provided the perfect opportunity for such development.
We successfully consulted on the identification, negotiation and planning regime where we successfully secured consent for our client.
