We were instructed by KFC (GB) LTD to secure a new Drive-Thru restaurant in the North of Norwich.
After a strategic exercise where a number of opportunities were identified, it was decided that the 168,000 sq-ft scheme provided the best opportunity within their trade zone requirement.
We successfully consulted on the negotiation and planning regime where we secured a consent for a very successful new two storey Drive-Thru restaurant format.
