The former Brocklesby Ox Public House had seen a number of new pub tenants try to make a success of the business over the last 10 years.
The prominent 1.3-acre pub site was successfully acquired with development ‘hope’ after the village retained another successful trading public house.
Qudos Developments acquired, developed and sold the new Coop food-store scheme after successfully persuading the CWS group to relocate to a much-improved site.
The remaining 0.9 acres has recently been allocated for residential development within the local authorities forthcoming local plan.
